PRINCIPAL’S BRIEF

May I at the very onset welcome all of you to this calendar year of the School as we hold the first sitting of the Full Board. The School commenced this term on Tuesday 3rd May, 2016.The following are some of the landmarks since the last sitting of the Full Board.
Students reported for the new term on Wednesday 4th May 2016 after conducting teaching staff and support staff meetings on Tuesday 3rd May, 2016. However the term commenced on a sad note as we lost one student on the first day of the term after she was knocked down by a hit and run motorist who was eventually arrested at Naivasha. The name of the student was Joyce KaburaIrungu a form two East student.
The student was laid to rest at their parent’s home at Inooro village, Turi on Tuesday 10th May 2016. The school was represented by the BOM Chairman, thirteen teachers and fifty three students.
Form ones reported to school on Wednesday 10th February 2016 and the current enrolment is ninety two[92] students.
The School participated in Term one co- curricular activities in both games and drama at sub county levels. Six students are representing the School at the regional games at Njoro this week.
Finishing works are ongoing at the CDF Dormitory Project and plastering of all cubicles is complete.
In general there has been normalcy in the school since last term due to God’s guidance. Thank you.
